Recruiter (6-month consultant)

Position: Recruiter (6-monthconsultant)

Location: Beijing

Reporting to: Talent AcquisitionManager

Main Function:

Carry out thefollowing tasks to insure effective human resources management in WWF China: recruitment, including channel management, recruitment system and other HR related functions.



§ According to WWFChinabusiness strategy, policies and procedures to carryout talent acquisition work, including workforce planning, talent mapping, new media forrecruitment and other recruitment related works.

§ Own the wholerecruitment process, provide recruitment expertise consultancy to line manageron channel definition and candidate assessment based on job specificrequirement.

§ Utilize multiple tools and approaches to identify the best candidates,develop a pipeline of qualified candidates to plan for future hiring needs andtrack progress in internal system.

§ Identify and assess a diverse candidate pool.

§ Prepare HR reports, e.g. Monthly Internal Announcement, Job List,org-chart and workforce analysis.

§ Other tasks allocated by manager.


§  Bachelor’s degree in arelated field.

§  2-5 years’ workingexperience in recruitment, basic interview, communication and negotiation skills;experience in editing/writing is preferred.

§  Good team spirit, wellorganized, can work under pressure and optimistic.

§  Quick learner, andeager to work in NGO environment.

§  Good English.
