(Assistant) HR Officer

Position:  (Assistant) HR Officer

Location: Beijing

Reporting to: Talent Acquisition Manager

 

Main Function:

Carry out the following tasks to insure effective human resources management in WWF China: recruitment,including channel management, recruitment system and other HR related functions.

 

Main Responsibilities:

§ According to WWF China business strategy, policies and procedures to carry out talent acquisition work, including workforce planning, talent mapping, new media for recruitment and other recruitment related works.

§ Own the whole recruitment process, provide recruitment expertise consultancy to line manager on channel definition and candidate assessment based on job specific requirement.

§ Utilize multiple tools and approaches to identify the best candidates, develop a pipeline of qualified candidates to plan for future hiring needs and track progress in internal system.

§ Identify and assess a diverse candidate pool.

§ Prepare HR reports, e.g. Monthly Internal Announcement, Job List, org-chart and work force analysis.

§ Other tasks allocated by manager.


Qualifications:

§  Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

§ 1-3 years’ working experience in recruitment, basic interview, communication and negotiation skills; experience in editing/writing is preferred.

§  Good team spirit, well organized, can work under pressure and optimistic.

§  Quick learner, and eager to work in NGO environment.

§  Good English.
