Position:  HR Officer

Location: Beijing, China

Reporting to: Senior HR Manager

 

MainFunction:

 

Carry out the following tasks to insureeffective human resources management in WWF China: Payroll, benefit and staffcost management, Staffing,Employee Relations.

 

Main Responsibilities:

 

§  Support to develop HR strategies,programs, policies and procedures in line with global HR strategy.

§  Benefit management, including social benefit, insurance etc. for allChina staff.

§  Keep regular contacts with theagents, such as FESCO etc. to ensure providing employee services to all Chinastaff.

§  Manage payroll process.

§  Prepare the annual staff cost budget, provide necessary support toother departments and programs on annual budget plan.

§  Support line manager on staff training and development.

§  Vendor contract management.

§  According to Chinabusiness strategy to carry out workforce planning andmuti-entities staffing management.

§  Manage staff information andmonthly/quarterly HRreport.

§  ProvidingHR consulting services to departmental head when necessary.

§  Coordinate the administration of employee safety, health, recreationand benefits programs.

§  The other tasks assigned by linemanager.

 

Qualifications:

 

§  Bachelor’s degree in a related field, master degree is preferred.

§  2-5 years workingexperience in Human Resources.

§  Familiarity with China labor lawis essential.

§  Project and/or program management ability, having consultancy experience is a plus

§  Able to work in teams.

§  Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills.

§  Enthusiasm for change and challenging convention.

§  Very well organized, and able to multi-task.

§  Good English.
