Title: TRAFFIC Communication Associate (Consultant, Free-Lancer Contract) 
TRAFFIC 宣传助理(顾问,劳务合同)
Report to: TRAFFIC Communication Manager, TRAFFIC
Location: Beijing Office
Working hours: full day (4-5 days per week)

I. Major Function
1. Supporting the Communication Manager on organizations’ branding promotion and projects’ communication and collaboration with various partners for boosting campaign impact.
II. Major Responsibilities
1. Supporting the Communication Manager on TRAFFIC and the each project’s communication materials organization and social media platforms (Weibo and WeChat) maintenance.
Develop and implement the communications objects of each project and comms;
Understand the project communication strategy, to target key audiences for communications;
Working with project teams, and provide related communications support;
Implement communications campaigns and events to deliver results internally and externally and increase brand awareness of TRAFFIC.
Deliver projects communications activities and contents, including press releases, stories, case study, images, film footage, publications, events, internal reporting etc.;
Support the implementation of organizational campaigns and events;
Support to organize all the photo and video assets. 
•Perform other tasks allocated by the supervisor.

III. Working Relationships
1. Internal
TRAFFIC/WWF-China team and support staff.
Minor support to other project team staff in special case
2. External
Interacts with ads agency, relevant private sectors, media, ads resources owners, other partners and community organizations, primarily in the country when necessary to deliver the agreed outputs of the project activities.

IV. Requirements
Education and Qualification
Public relationships, communications, advertising, marketing, environmental education, or related subject
Knowledge of environmental issues and marketing communication and private institutions both nationally and internationally to understand how they interact and influence each other, and the public
Proven experience as a campaign executor, preferably but not necessarily in the not-for-profit sector;
Experience in multi-disciplinary teams and in building consensus, optimism and confidence in the face of challenges and pressure;
Understanding of campaigning techniques, policies, strategies, target audience analysis, structure and impact;
General Skill
Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate complex issues in a clear manner to a wide variety of audiences across diverse channels (online, TV, print, radio, etc.)
Excellent networking and teamwork skills
Excellent skills in planning, organization, time management, facilitation, and coordination
Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese
Willing and able to work under pressure.
Working with people from different backgrounds of culture and nationality.
Working on own initiative with minimum supervision and staying on task.
